Guided Tour

Our shelter is open to everyone. You can visit to see the living conditions of our animals, learn about our care standards, bring useful supplies (food, toys, bedding, cleaning goods), and get to know a pet you might want to adopt. Please check the rules below before your visit.

Please, follow these rules:

Do not touch or handle animals without a staff member’s supervision.
Do not feed animals without explicit permission from staff.
Keep voices low and avoid sudden movements that may stress animals.
No flash photography; ask before taking photos.
Sanitize hands before and after interacting with any animal.
Children must stay with their guardians at all times.
Do not bring personal pets into the shelter.
